Fill the form

Fill out the interest form by hitting any “apply now” button.

Schedule Zoom Call

A zoom call will be scheduled. In the meeting we will discuss your goals, expectations from both, me and the client, and the program overall. If the program is a good fit, we will get you signed up and get all the paperwork filled out.

Schedule DATE

After signing up, we will pick a good start date for you. You will be given access to the app, which will have your meal plan and workouts in there.

laid out plan

Follow the laid out plan. There will be weekly check-in meetings that will be 15-20 minutes. We will recap the week and discuss any challenges and work through them together.
