Absolutely not! We can create a program based on body weight, home gym equipment, or gym equipment. Really any equipment or no equipment.
Each program will be tailored to each person. Whether this is your first time working out or you have years of exercise experience, your program will be created solely based on you.
Each program will be customized to each person. From workouts to nutrition plans. We understand that no first responder, or person is the same. Everyone is unique with unique struggles.
I cannot tell you exactly how many days your program will have without a consultation call because it is dependent on a few factors, including schedule and goals.
That is going to depend on the injuries or limitations. Schedule a consultation call and lets find out.
The only supplement that is “required’ would be a protein shake on workout days. However, every program is customized so if need be, a work around could be used.
Due to the fact that each program is customized, it is hard to give an exact quote. Programs will have different lengths, different goals, and different structures.
Check ins will usually be once a week for around 15-20 minutes. They will include progress updates, feedback, program adjustments, and goal review.
If you do not meet your goals, we will keep working with you until you do.
